The purpose of the biochemistry course is to teach future doctors to apply information about the chemical composition and molecular processes of the body as the characteristics of the norm and signs of pathology in the study of subsequent disciplines and in professional medical activity. Special attention is paid to information about the direct connection of molecular processes with the physiological (biological) functions of the cell and the organism.
